1. Very classey way to drink wine.

   I was very pleased with the quality of the wine glass and the engraving that was applied to the glass. A few days after I had placed the order I realized that I had misspelled the name I had requested to be engraved on the glass. I called to ask if it would be possible to change it and was greeted by a very congenial and professional woman named Jennifer who said that she would make the change and get it shipped out to me by the end of the week. Three days later I received the package . Great job by a great company that knows what customer service is all about.
